Refrigerated semi trailer (reefer semi trailer) is fitted with insulated box and refrigeration unit to maintain stable inner temperature. It is mainly used for long-distance transport of fruits, vegetables, meat, seafood, dairy and frozen food. It can also carry vaccines, temperature-sensitive medicines and some constant-temperature chemicals. Optional multi-temperature zones are available. Widely used in cross-border cold chain, distribution from cold storage to markets and port fresh cargo transportation to avoid cargo spoilage.
